ONE DAY ADVENTURE
Mt. Suswa is one of the most spectacular mountains of the Rift Valley as it comprises a 12 km across double crater system, a vast network of obsidian caves and a variety of wild animals and plants. Mt. Suswa is a magnificent extinct volcano in the Rift Valley. It is famed for the many caves on its E slopes. All are easy to access, none are too long or complex and no special gear or knowledge is required to explore these systems
ITINERARY
Take a Hike on the Wild side
Depart from Ngong Station on Saturday morning by SGR
On arrival, transfer by Boda-boda to the base of Suswa
Start your hike
Descend and ride the Boda-boda back for lunch.
Walk to the Train station in the late afternoon and take your ride back to Ngong Station
WHAT TO BRING
- Comfortable shoes(preferably Sneakers)
- Light clothes/ warm jacket or sweater
- Binoculars
- Extra drinking water and snacks
- Hat for protection from the sun
- Your Face Masks, Mandatory
- Hand Sanitizer ,Mandatory
- Sunglasses
- Sunhat
- Personal spending money for buying souvenirs (optional)
